Ms Kaluzinska provides legal advice to French and Eastern European firms. A practitioner of corporate law, commercial, tax and property, she excels in the provision of legal and tax advice to SMEs, start-ups and independent professionals. She formerly worked as an international tax lawyer with Ernst & Young and several major law and accounting firms in France and in Poland. She co-founded D2K to offer a bicultural approach to companies for their projects between France and Eastern Europe.

Originally from the Congo, Mr Mulosi trained in both France and Italy. He is Doctor in Comparative Law (private, contracts and law of obligations). He has a personal interest in the laws of the Organisation for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA).
His fields of expertise are business law, civil and international law, both the provision of advice and litigation. He is an expert in international litigation and enforcement procedures, and he represents many international companies.
